PS1/2 Should I Restart FFXIII?

I'm 17 hours into FFXIII on Chapter 10. I want to restart it because :
1.) My people are to weak :C
2.) Low on cash, sold needed accessories.
3.) Crystanarium (

Just keep training and try to get every ability on the Crystarium. I'm at Chapter 10 as well, trying to fight the boss. I've lost interest in the game almost completely but I wouldn't restart. Just like with any other RPG, just keep grinding to get stronger.

The only reason you should restart is if you want Treasure Hunter. If you are not going for 100% trophy's then just keep going.

It's hard to kill the enemies though for my party.
