Hacking Sharing Data Problem with some games on N3DS Reinand

Hey guys i recently noticed that i have some games with the sharing data fonctionality (a.k.a play with someone who hasn't the game) broken.For example,in Rhythm Heaven Megamix (a region-locked game,i use Luma3DS,to play it on a EUR N3DS) i have some error message "an error has occured". So i tried with Kirby Planet Robobot and same problem, a new error message in the game.And when i tried to host a local party in MH Gen,it worked. So what's the problem? Is it from the games themself,or the sharing data mode ? Or some other thing ? Thanks :/

Is the game the same region as the consoles? If not there will be problems.

Rhythm Heaven Megamix is an USA game and i have an EUR N3DS so i use Luma to play it, but Kirby is in a EUR version so i don't know why he's not working with that sharing data thing
