Guru Logic Champ, the characters are cute and the story cutscenes are amusingly batshit. It's all in Japanese but there's a text translation online if you want more idea what's going on. It's also a fantastic puzzle game.

No matter how bad the real world is treating me, I'm always improved by a visit to Eorzea in Final Fantasy 14. Something about being a tiny yellow lalafell running around dressed as a Pikachu doing ninja magic and hiding in the long grass pretending to be a random encounter to freak out the newbs just amuses me.
