Let's be real tho. Nintendo does not ban for winning - only for cheating.

You can't really cheat on smash bros. They have a thing called ''glory hell'' or ''band land''. Which means you got reported too many times that you're stuck playing with other players who got reported. This is bad because there isn't much players so it means you have to wait so long, like even 30 mins just for someone to join you and the person who joined you also is ban and they act very rude lol
People get reported for spam and racism etc or just for being rude or having an inappropriate mii or swears etc. But then there's players like me who constantly win and some guy gets mad over it and reports. I plat smash a lot so this has been happening to me recently. A lot of innocent people are in glory hell. Just for being tough players.
