Hacking Sendpkm

just been messing around with it, i have things using all my ports and predefined ports set up in my firewall in windows 7 so sendpkm wouldnt load correctly giving a socket error, closing everything doesnt help but

booting into safemode with networking will load the mininal drivers and allow sendpkm to work corrently

i know its not a genious fix, but if you are having issues with it, boot into safe mode with networking and then try it again, everything should work fine after that. i havnt seen this as a fix from google searches so meh thouhgt id post it

oh right didnt see it, googleing that error code returns 1 page for me on google. and it wasnt much help
