I remember there being a forum where we could sell things to one another ? What happened to that ? I'm trying to sell my 4.4 3ds XL with my gateway 3DS but I don't know where I could sell these two things combined without violating some kind of rule with the sites I typically sell on.

Pretty sure there's a warn rule, but i'm also pretty sure its like...50% and up or something. I could see it when I had warn as well.

I created a thread about this back when I got my warning. Some of the mods replied and explained it. From what I remember, it's supposed to block you with a single warn but the mods became leniant with it. They really only bothered blocking people with continuous offences. Needless to say, most people never really got banned from the trading forums.
