Hacking Seedminor_Launcher trouble

Ok. So I've been following a tutorial on how to get SeedMinor to install Boot9Strap. I've got my movable_part.sed file and I'm on to the next step. The problem now is that whenever I try and open the Seedminor_Launcher, it asks for me to press any key and then closes. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this so I can generate the files needed for the next steps?

"Seedminor" might have been the reason search didn't help.
But anywho, you're sorted now.
