you can, if you go friend code link with another person etc etc, [B - No homebrew but friend with homebrew]

I had to cancel it after 2 hours, when I realised you did not get the ID0 in the movable_part1

you both have to be friends with each other,

you then run seedminer on your 3ds and press B to extract the friendcode version

all the instructions can be found within the readme.txt

inside your "Nintendo 3DS" folder on your SD card
there are a few folders
if there is more than one 32 character folder like
abcdef0123456789abcdef0123456789
it will not work correctly,
check the size of each of them the largest one will most likely be the one your 3DS is using
rename the other ones to something like
notneeded01-abcdef0123456789abcdef0123456789
notneeded02-abcdef0123456789abcdef0123456789
ect.

after that run SeedStarter again and dump your movable_data
