if the codes don't seem to work you are probably in a higher version of the game if you are Currently
on ver 1.02 or ver 1.03 you need to delete the game and re-install it this will reset you back to 1.00 Remember doing this will delete
your save file and the ID of the game must Match Yours, i didn't test these codes on the higher versions but you can try it out before deleting the game.
for the Power Hit Gauge code normally you can do a charge attack with the "X" button if you want to do a charge attack just match any button with the "X" button
for example "L+X/Cross" this will let the player/Randi do a charge attack.
~Save The Codes~
Copy & Paste the Codes into a Text Document including the ID Number then save it as "PCSG01121.psv" you must change the Save as type to All Files
then drag and drop it into the db folder Located in your VitaCheat folder.

@Xellos Metallium yes you can but i'm pretty sure you would have to Do it Manually if that's what your asking but i recommend doing it through Ftp with Vitashell.
