It's quite easy to do, just click ABXY (at the same time) while the internet browser is starting and there you go

Well, its mind bulging trying to get it. Im trying to get it up right now for 5mins now and it aint worked once. But the gist of it is that when launching the browser press A B Y X in a special pattern and it'll make that message show.
