sd2vita insertion causes loop of format requests

i have had to rehack my vita 3 times now because of this. i have followed all instructions (iused a diffrent file formatter but that shouldnt change anything)
but it dosent show up in vitashell. when i bypass the fomat lopp with l and r but if i format it my sony memcard gets formatted what am i doing wrong?!?!?
