Hacking Sd2vita help

Hi i have ps vita with sd2vita i brought from some one yesterday i reformatted my ps vita so i could link my account instead of his i took the sd card out it deleted all my my files from my ps vita but not sd card as i took it out it still has henkaku enso installed but my files on the sd2vita card are not showing up do i need to reinstall it or is there away around it

Please help if you can much thanks
