I kept getting black screen when booting up into menuhax on autoboot but o3ds loaded ok in normal boot
When i was entering devmenu to install a cia, it kept stating unable to read path etc.
Apparantley i sent the SD card back to the supplier and they diagnosed it as a corrupted card and are sending me a replacement (Was very difficult to format to NTFS from windows).
my question is, i have backed up the SD card content to my HDD, I know there is SD to SD copy for transferring emunand, but is there a way to transfer the emunand from hdd to new sd card or do i have to start over from step 1 on this tutorial? https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-installing-rxtools-custom-firmware-3ds-and-2ds.390867/

As long as you made an Emunand backup, you're golden.

You need to extract and then insert the Emunand partition on the new SD, after that you can just drag and drop the rest of the files.
