I posted this in my Scrubber topic, but it got no answers. I really need an answer soon. It's kinda urgent

I was in the middle of modding my Wii for the first time last night, and I just made a NAND backup. The guide told me to backup my NAND.bin and 2 other files, so I did. I figured I could just delete all those useless other files on my SD card too while I was at it. So I deleted them, went back to the Homebrew channel to install some IOS or whatever, and nothing shows up. I realize that I needed those files on my SD again. So I put the files back on the SD (I still had the .zip lying around) and now every time I put the SD card in my Wii, it says no SD card is inserted. Help? I tried putting the NAND back in the SD to boot into Bootmii, but it didn't work. No SD card detected.

I already tried formatting it. Didn't work

I still have HBC on my Wii. It's just that the SD card isn't showing up...

It is a 4GB SDHC card.

The card reader has a formatter built in, I believe. I just right clicked on the drive and clicked format. FAT32, 3.86gb, and I got to name it.

It's a Kingston 4GB micro SDHC. Doesn't say much else on it.

EDIT: found out what's wrong. Turns out that my Wii only reads the sd card if you push it in all the way. If you push it in and lock it (how it SHOULD be) it won't work. So now I have to hold my thumb on the SD card during the installation >_>

Now I have a new problem. I'm at this part in the guide:

"Run MMM [Multi-Mod Manager]
On the main menu, go down to select Install & Patch IOS36 and press A.
Choose Express Mode and press A.
Press any button to return to the main menu."

When I choose express mode, it says file not found or something like that and the installation just stops. Is that normal?

What files are on the Sd Card now ?

You should have

IOS15-64-v257.wad

IOS15-64-v523.wad

IOS36-64-v3351.wad

Yes, I have all 3 of those. It says "file could not be found" or something like that. Then it stops and asks me if I want to retry or go back to the menu. Any suggestions?

I can remember me on a silimar error on my wii, what happens if you are going to the sd card menu on your system menu?

If I go to the SD card straight from the channel menu, it asks me if I want to load elf.dol or something like that.

If I go into settings, data management, wii, SD, blah blah blah, it doesn't do anything. But I'm pretty sure you were talking about the former,
