have anyone had a problem with USBC virus on sd card ? all my folders and files are 2 of them and i find many of this USBC things i cant delete them i cant scan them with antivirus please help me

Looks like filesystem corruption. Your best bet is to copy off as much as possible, then reformat the card. For 3DS, it should be formatted as FAT32 with 32 KB clusters.
