Hacking SD from micro SD

OK. since i lost my microSD reader, im using a microSD to SD reader to try and read it but its not loading. my computer does however read the SD card i use for my wii. any ideas?

Sounds like the adapter's busted.

Sometimes, brand new things simply don't work when you get them.
