Sorry for this question, but my N3DS has been hacked with using this topic

After this hack, my sysNand has no games or applications installed (although they are on the SD card). I don't think it's important, but as the files are present on SD card, it takes half of the SD capacity for nothing. There is also a question when I'm navigating on sysNand, it's telling me that my SD is corrupted, can I reset my SD card on sysnand ? Does it breack my emuNand ?
In fact, I would like to play GBA games, but on emuNand, it doesn't work and I found a topic where I have to replace a cia file and install the GBA games on sysNand AND emuNand (even if it's unlinked ...).
