Hardware SD card unreadable.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this...

so i was copying a game to the sd card, then when i put the sd card back to the 3ds the blue light, lights up but goes off right after. I plugged the card back into the computer it said it needs to be reformatted.

i had the files backed up so i just reformatted the card and pasted the files again but it still wont turn on.

what should i do?

What brand is the SD card? It may be that it's a chinese knock-off of a big brand and it's corrupted maybe, or you don't safely remove it when taking it out of your PC

Its strontium a class 10. Is it not gonna work if i just paste the contents back to it? Cuz when i did, it seems like its not woking.

its formatted to ExFat, is that gonna work?
