Hacking SD Card Dilemma

Hi. I've been looking around, and can't seem to find an answer to my question:

Is there any way to store a backup loader (like wiigator's 0.3) onto the Wii's 512MB memory?

I'm enabling the Homebrew channel on a friend's Wii. I want him to be able to use the loader, without the need of a SD card (he doesn't have one).
So, is there any way this can be done?

Thanks for the help. If there's no possibly solution, I'll just tell him to buy a 2GB SD card.

Install it as a channel, i think there's a wad somewhere around here, search for it.

Like noONE said, you can install it as a channel, but if he wants to fully use homebrew and those other cool things, tell him to get an SD card ASAP. Anything will do, even the cheapest cards.

I have WiiGator3_Channel_by_WiiShizzza.wad installed with cIOS249-Waninkoko-rev07.wad, works great.

install the wad version and then you're good to go...

Thank you guys. This really helped. Up until now, I figured everything had to run off the SD Card.

He`ll most likely get a SD Card, just not right now.
