i dont have a spare sd card,Can i just use the sd card that i use for all my others apps with bootmii?

Yes.

However, if you want to do a NAND dump, first move everything off it, because it formats it. Then move the NAND dump onto your pc and move everything back again.

Only beta 1 formats your sd card for nand backups, beta 2 just overwrites any existing nand.bin file on the card or writes a new one if not there. It still needs over half a GB so to do it you will still need at least a 1GB card that isn't half full.

Put the SD back into the Wii before booting. Or, if you go the other way, copy the bootmii\ dir back to SD.

just do as i do:
need no bootmii? Rename the bootmii folder on sd to something else (like bootmii_not or something)
need it again? rename the folder to bootmii

Bootmii 0.1 did format the card, because it couldn't handle the fragmentation on SD. So it needed a clean format.
