Hacking SD Cafiine Question

My main question is how do you patch things in Sm4sh with SD Cafiine? What I am saying is what directories do i place the folders then the content.

I am on 5.5.1 with the Kernel Exploit and a legit copy of Smash.

I only said I got no response because its been a half hour since the posting of the thread and usually people get responses in less than 5 minutes. And I am an impatient person. I just need the directories for the folders. I looked at the Sm4sh Help & Modding Center thread already before this thread and nothing about directories.
