Hacking Screwed up Darkcorp installation

I already had Darkcorp, but I was upgrading to Darkcorp 1.1, and by accident I hit A on I think the virgin wii install (I pressed A by accident, I'm pretty sure something installed really quick in like a few seconds)...I meant to hit the Regular install, so I just did that right after.

Can anything bad happen?
