Gaming screen goes black on my psp

i'm trying to play a game on my psp with the latest firmware (5.00 m33-6)
when i try to turn it off the green light starts to flash and i have to take the battery out
is there something i need to do with the game?

ok lol i missed some info

when i try to play a game (zombie tycoon) the screen goes to a black screen and the only way i can get the psp back is to take the battery out (because the green light just blinks)

i've tried using game decrypter on it, but i must have gone wrong somewhere and i can't get it to work
the most i can find on this game is it needs to be patched

Try with a different driver, so if your on M33 try Sony. Sony to M33.
From what your saying, it does sound like a driver problem

by the looks of it i can only put a patched game on GEN

why am i answering my own issue lol

oh, have you not patched it to M33 yet?
Yeah you need to do that, or upgrade to GEN D2

well there must be something wrong with the iso because it should have worked on the patch with the latest game decrypter but it hasn't

game decrypter keeps moaning about a fake dump

Zombie Tycoon is about the only game i've seen that doesn't work with M33. Needs GEN to run.
