Hacking Screen Goes Black after pressing start to load game

It happens on usually the latest games I add. I'm using an ms ds real and a 2gb sandisk card. The game doesn't load up. I'm using v3.6 for the firmware. If I re format the whole thing (FAT) and just add the one game that wasn't working, it'll work. Is the memory full or what? I had two 512 mb games and 1 1024 mb game.
What should I do?

Do you have cheats/soft-reset/slow-motion enabled?

If you do then it may stop it working. Also try running it in download play mode (Y button i think)
