Hacking SCDS2 Snes Plugin cheats

where can you download cheats or is there a cheat creator like on NDSGBA?

(for example the lufia 2 cht files, none work after loading them up. there seems to be a key on the icon and i've no idea about the meaning)

Thank you Dan, but for some reason I cannot load these as well, VERY strange. Or do I need to mirror the roms name for this?

... yes, the CHT needs to be the same as the ROM name (minus the extension).
