Hacking Saving problem with M3DS Real and genuine GBA pack

Hello,

I'm using M3DS Real chinese version with V2.9 kernel.

I have a genuine Pokemon Emerald GBA pack.
I put it into SLOT 2 and I chose the 'GBA-SLOT 2' in the 'Booting' menu of the M3DS to start the Emerald game.

After I played the game and saved it, I played another NDS game in the M3DS.
After that, whenever I start the Emerald game, the save is erased because of the corruption or damaged file.

Does anyone know to solve this problem?

If I don't use the M3DS, there is no problem.
