Hacking Saving my files

Hello all,

I all the sudden have a problem.

I wanted to play on my DS yet it gave an error: SD/TF card error. I have a R4DS. I plugged my micro SD it into my pc and wanted to open it, but it prompted that i had to format my card. There is no way of opening the folder and extract my files. Does anybody here know whether there is a way to save all of my files? Because I don't want to lose all of my save files and so on. Thnx in advance.
