I got a new wii today and I modded it with Letterbomb and I got a backup of my games that I made with save game manager gx for my old wii how do I install them to my new wii?

You need to create new save data for each game you want to install the backed up save files for. Once the save data is created, you can enter Savegame Manager GX and install the save files over the new data.
