Save injection

i played pokemon legends arceus on my unpatched emunand i made a progress and i want to keep my save file and put my pokemon in pokemon home app so my question is if i injected my save file from my emunand to my nand will it be safe? Even if i didnt boot the game in the system nand because I didn’t buy it yet?
What is your thoughts and what is the risk level from 1 to 10

the risk exists. but assuming you JUST inject a save on syscfw nand thats clean, risk is like a 1 or 2 imo. at this moment anyway,

I injected befor a modified save to My pokemon shield copy but i had the game and didn’t get a ban now i dont have legend i play it on my emunand as a rom and wanna inject the save to transfer my poke to home would i get away with this as before?

the risk exists. but assuming you JUST inject a save on syscfw nand thats clean, risk is like a 1 or 2 imo. at this moment anyway,

My sysnand is clean but i dont have game entry on my Home Screen as I didn’t buy it yet and want to inject the save to transfer my poke to pokemon home

unfortunatly you need to have started the game at least once on that nand
