Gaming Save file adding

So I've been playing WarioWare D.I.Y. on twilight menu++ and my games and records that I ship don't appear on my D.I.Y. shelves. I looked it up and it said that the game doesn't work very well on emulators and such so I was thinking of buying a copy. I wouldn't want to have to do all the stuff I did over again so I was wondering if I could take my save from twilight menu and put it on an official cartridge P.S. I am a noob so I'm sorry for the inconvenience if the answer is obvious but google is useless.

Hi, I will try to help you as I can.
Buying the original game is a good idea; nothing to object.
But if you said that saves don't appear in the game (shelves?) how do you transfer them to the original cartridge?
Then I suppose, since you didn't specify, you are playing on DSi and TWLMenu ++ on SD card from the camera slot; if so, an alternative solution is to play this game in a flashcart with its software (or with YSMenu) in slot 1.
I have sketched out an answer but, in the end, I am afraid, unfortunately, that I have not fully understood the question, and what, those diy shelves of yours, are...but I enjoyed answering and practicing my bad english.
