Does this allow you to make a seasonal character without going online?

After a LOT of fiddling, reloading, crashing, save corrupting, etc...

I've come to the conclusion this editor can pretty much go fuck itself in free mode. Its close to worthless. All the real options are locked behind the paywall... or more accurately, the updated database entries that correctly reflect what 'version' the savedata is. The options available in free mode are not for the latest version of the game or the save format. While some options do work, they don't work correctly and if you add something to a clean save and then re-export it to try to add more, you'll find that all the items you added are converted to the current data format and everything is paywalled.

So, for anyone who wants to keep using this editor, welp, hope you like paying up. The rest of us who won't pay will have to look for another method.

Yeah no, they only need you to go online to create a character, the seasonal character is stored locally and can be played offline. The MULTIPLAYER is online, not if you want to fly solo.

You can play a season character offline, you just need to be online once to create. Its probably possible but there arent any season exclusives so it isnt worth doing.

And no - I did not bought that and will not. Seriously? Only 1 Month access and then pay another 30 bucks? That really sucks. If it was lifetime - then it would make more sense.

Read again what I wrote. You can play offline, you just need to go online once for 10 seconds to make the character.

So, I'm waiting as well for an editor! I still started over a save with a Necro, if anyone is interested, i'm posting it here! I know some of you did not want to start over!
Here is an overview :

4. Money : 7 millions;
5. Materials : a bunch of everything;
6. Gems : bunch of everything ;
7. upgradable chars : All lvl 12;
8. Legendaries : got some good ones;
9. Cube : quest completed;
10. Bounty materials : none;
11. Grift : 24 (if I remember correctly)

That's good to know. But then you can't create the character because you would need to go online - probably need a battle.net id - and must have nintendo switch online sub.

Dude stop assuming things. No, you do not need a Nintendo online sub to create a seasonal character, you only need an internet connection. You need a sub if you want to play MULTIPLAYER, seasonal or non-seasonal (as in, a party of 2+ people). Seasonal characters can be played offline, stated by Blizzard themselves, you just need to connect to whatever server they want to create one that is stored on your Switch.

In all honesty if it was possible to get the following cheats working.

Lots of EXP quick level up.
Infinite Shards
Zero Cool Down (optional)


The editor would be pretty worthless.I cant think why you would then need an editor.

Instead, you can edit the save to give yourself a ton of XP, more Shards than you will ever use, and Paragon level to help with cool down.

The editor can turn you into a god. No sense in bothering with a cheat engine.

It IS possible to get instant level 70 and a couple of other things from the free editor. But it breaks other things at the same time unless you pay.

As mentioned before though, its easy to tell who actually knows how the game is played currently vs ppl who have no idea. Its those who have no idea who want an editor to add gear and such. Those of us who know how the game is played know that all you ever need is just a metric fuckton of crafting mats and probably high Paragon level. Kanai's Cube itself is practically a cheat as it really gives you pretty much frigging anything you ever need. Even gold and blood shards becomes practically worthless after a certain point. Yes you will need a measure of gold, but not crazy tribillions of it.

anyone want to skip the initial grind and use my save?

1. Level 70 Demon Hunter
2. Paragon 3500 (I think)
3. Story mode not complete
4. Gold- doesn't matter, have puzzle rings in stash which can be extracted using Kanai's cube to give you literally all you'll ever need
5. All Kanai's cube mats for crafting; deaths breath, veiled crystal, forgotten souls, reusable parts, arcane dust x 999999 each (i think)
6. All highest tier gems in stash x 900
7. Legendary gems: just a handful. keep playing greater rifts to unlock them all
8. Kanai's cube unlocked along with some extracted power for Demon hunter
9. Bounty materials: none, you'd have to play through act 1-5 bounties to get crafting materials used for Kanai's cube power extraction
10. Grift: 84+ (easily reach 100+)

Just like Shirakani said, gold is of no concern, it's crafting mats. With this file you'd literally never run out of crafting mats. I would also recommend when you are using the enchanter to reforge your stat, save first and back up your file using checkpoint. If after 10 rolls you still haven't gotten the stat you wanted, it may be wise to just reload your save again using checkpoint. Saves you materials and gold as every failed attempt at stat reforge makes the cost go up.

With this file, you're pretty much set as a Demon Hunter using multishot built. I edited some of my items that I was able to so you'll see that most items have maxed out stats even though they technically could not have those stats on there. (Look at the focus+restraint rings and you'll see). To play this build for those who literally just inserted a hacked file with OP items and character but have no idea how to play this build.

1. cast vengeance
2. use vault to travel quickly
3. multishot will kill everything
4. use preparation if discipline ever runs low
5. evasive fire to proc wraps of clarity passive
6. refresh vengeance (should have 100% uptime on vengeance due to 100% cooldown reduction using kanai's cube power along with 35%+ CDR)

rinse and repeat. at least with this file the only grinding you'd need to do is the occasional act 1-5 bounty grinding to get materials for power extraction which keeps the game semi fun.

*edit* - if this save does not have what i've listed, it's probably the wrong file then. I've edited a bunch of times and may have lost track which account.dat is the most current one. currently transferring my current sd card to a 400gb card so cannot access my switch to backup the latest checkpoint save.

Oh alright, but is it possible to edit season save tho? Sorry if im being a noob, and thanks for your answers.
