I do realise this there is no ps2 emu was just asking as I am new to the scene and have seen videos of people playing it on the PSP from a cso file looool
San Andreas is not for the psp. What you saw was most likely them mirroring their pc screen to psp. You can do that with this homebrew, just need cfw and looks like it supports newer operating systems now.
SA never got released for PSP nor Vita, neither is GTA 3 and VC.
Anyone claiming otherwise is lying.

I have a old laptop windows vista or 7 maybe with not so good gaming graphics would this method still work thanks in advance

With Vista there is no way. Check the min req.
