Android Samsung Galaxy S9 America version

I want to disabled T-Mobile Splash Screen. Yes, it is already unlocked. My sister gave it to me. Now I have two -- Samsung Galaxy S9 and I have my own iPhone 6 Plus with Verizon. I just like Android for other reason. I know all about TWRP thought. But I haven't tried it.

I have look everywhere on Google and I am not sure which one is the right place for me. I am sure that they are outdated or something. Or untrusted sites. That's why. Help ?

I'm not sure if you can disable that splash since it's part of the bootloader, but I could be wrong. Anyway, for unlocking the bootloader and flashing TWRP, find a thread on XDA for the specific model number of the phone and follow that.
