Dayum.
I mean, the safehax still needs to have fasthax implemented in it, but something tells me someone will do that quickly at this point.

Only if they want it quickly. Technically running 2 exploits isn't hard for someone who wants the access.

it needs fasthax in order to be able 11.2 downgrades. But as is right now, it can be used on 11.0/11.1 since it has waithax integrated

Yes, though there's no exact guide at this very moment.
The general idea is that since this can run ARM9 you can run a Decrypt9 BIN (theoretically) to make a NAND backup and CTRTransfer to 2.1, then follow the Guide from there.

man, I hope that some day waithax works with more titles
Waithax isn't the problem, and this makes what you are thinking of completely irrelevant.

Waithax is an ARM11 exploit, which traditionally we used to inject a DSiWare save to switch our NFIRM.
This is an ARM9 exploit, which has waithax built in (this exploit needs ARM11 to work) and lets you do what we typically needed 9.2 for.

If you're on 11.0/1 and want to try it, you can use a Decrypt9WIP .bin as the arm9.bin and if it works you can already go on.
...of course, you'd be in uncharted waters while trying it.

Been in and out of the scene since N3DS scene started, and we region swapped by entering commands into a debugger, praying and running a system update.
Between that, following threads and reading The Guide(TM) you learn over time.
