I because the file Arm9loaderhax.bin redirects to te safe again by default

Just proceed to the next step to install Aureinand and everything will be done.

good to know, this is probably going to sound like I'm stupid but I'm not sure what the next step is lol following the guide it says it should load into the AuReiNAND menu and then
  1. Use the A button and the dpad to turn on "Updated SysNAND mode", "Use pre-patched FIRMs", and "Force A9LH detection"
  2. Press Start to save and reboot

Just place the Arm9loaderhax.bin from the AuReiNAND instalation folder to the root and it's done. Also make sure you have the AuReiNAND folder on the root, and Aureinand. Dat as well.

Oh no worries I got that! The only thing that bugs me still is the part where you rename lets say the new3ds10.firm to firm1.bin. I mean is the .firm to .bin coversion really that simple by just changing the extension or do you have to use a tool?
I think is just for convenience, the program is coded to look for that filename.

Just did this update and BOOM finally down to 8secs on sysnand. I had like 9 and a half before lol but annoyed me seeing others getting less.

So finally i'm done with otp... I have original Sys and Emu nand's backup... and I've decided to started from scratch, format sd card... just because it was full of files and cakesfw (i want to go aureinand)... too confusing... So i've installed menuhax... now what? do I have to setup emunand now? or just install arm9loaderhax and aureinand (from the steps of this guide: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-5-(arm9loaderhax-&-AuReiNAND)) best regards!

So if you already have the OTP, you only need to run the arm9loaderhax installation part.

This is probably too late but yes it's as simple as renaming. Just make sure that your actually renaming the file and aren't hiding extension and you end up naming it firm0.bin.firm or something

A9LH looks great but I've been having a 100% bootrate with Hax 2.1 payloads + CTRBootManager + rxTools so I won't go near it ATM.
