Wait nevermind it finally worked. So now i install the ARG FIRM Cia? Or should i do that in normal sysnand?

Already answered in the previous page. And you need to install it on your emunand (which must be linked to your sysnand)

I won't say much on how at the moment. AHP_Person is working on some things and will update this thread about it once he is ready. As for this, I may do more tweaks to the splash. Now that I can actually import the splash on my own I might put a bit more thought into the design.

Keep the original theme of the splash or do ya'll want a more noticeable change?

You can't load GW from the rx mode, you need to return in your sysnand first.

but have no idea where to find 0x0004013800000202. all it does is show contents of my SD
or all i see is bunch of ####builder, CTR-XXXXX

Don't use FBI, just use devmenu to install the patched AGB_FIRM. It will automatically overwrite your current AGB_FIRM.

Thanks did that..but new issue *sigh* booting upa gba game gives me blank screen. I'm on GW firmware (luckily i had a backup)

- You must be on rx mode to use the gba games, not gw mode
- It's obvious, but you must use the rxTools version which has AGB title support.

i assume need to install the cia from rxmode too cause still getting black screen

Nope, still not working. made sure i was in rxmode, installed the 04xx.cia then gba rom, still getting black screen.

No, it should work. Did you take the rxTools version with TWL and AGB support? Or maybe this is a bad cia. Did you convert it yourself?

Are your nands unlinked? If they are, a copy of the title must be installed to both sysnand and emunand.

not sure how you can tell, but I do see the icons, just like the 3DS .cia i installed like a year ago on all firmwares (sys, gw, rx)

i can boot up the 3ds CIA on all firmware except SYS

Is there any means of booting this patched version from Ninjhax or mset? I don't have a DS flashcart to use the original .nds to install the original mset. I was wondering if it's possible to make a modification of this: https://gbatemp.net/threads/beta-spider-ds-profile-roploader-4-x-only.380725/ or something similar. One way or the other, all I'm after is a means of booting this without access to a flashcart or an internet connection.

so my final question is it possible to launch rxtools and gateway emunand without swapping blue chip red chip sd card etc and no wifi use?

Are you on 4.x sysnand? If so you can make them boot from mset, I'll tell you how

Yes 4.5 and I use the Gateway. Always have Red card, dont want to keep swapping out Blue card

blue card is the NDS cart right? why do you even need it?. i haven't used that since i installed gateway originally
