Don't think so, as the Wii should refuse the key for installation. Even if you just force it there on the nand by hand (no wad manager) I think it would end up into a banner brick.

But if you sing those channels which are included in this release, you can install them on your retail Wii.
Just actions taken by the application inside the channel is unknown.
Maybe it will override your Wii System Menu into the Dev System Menu though. (@The Wii Menu uninstall n install channel)

Why would dev-certs cause a banner brick??
Couldn't you unpack the wad and then repack the wad using the normal key?

1. Why would dev-certs cause a banner brick??
2. Couldn't you unpack the wad and then repack the wad using the normal key?
1.No I didn't mean it like the way you think.
Just forget about that part. heh

Besides how do you know for sure these are Channels? And that they work with the rvt key.
I highly doubt it, both.

2.
Now we could yes, teh key.

There's also another release that Riicky forgot to mention...

RVT.System.Menu.Changer.Disk.v1.13.RVT.Wii-OneUp_iNT

Region Free

Nintendo Wii RTV Menu Changer (ISA)

2010-08-07

12 x 50MB

http://no.url.available

This is the key included on Development RVT Wii's (The Green/Red One)

use at your own risk have a nice day :-)

was able to open this ISO with Wiiscrubber 1.3 FINAL FINAL and the dev-key.bin
See included jpg :-P

I expect to see a patch or something to make this run on standard wii's and
maybe some other toys so hackers out there enjoy!

The Menu Changer disc has a RVL extension but was able to open it with WiiScrubber 1.31 (1.40 won't open dev key) and the dev key.bin

Click image below to get bigger pic

Didn't burn the disc yet because of this line from the nfo file

The two WADS don't install on retail Wiis. I tried too and you get error 4100 upon attempting installing the ticket.
