Homebrew Running an homebrew inside an app with HANS ?

I tried to patch the .code file with HANS on an application with an homebrew CIA .code file, but that doesn't work.
Is there any way I can do that ? It could be really useful.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
