Hacking Run VC in vWii off SD Card Menu?

I've installed some n64 vc games they work fine off the system menu but when i move the games to sd card from channel management and try to launch them they say fail to launch?

Any work around?? is it normal?

Just like on a real Wii, you will need to patch the Wii Menu IOS(80) to have the trucha bug.

Be absolutely sure you're downloading and patching a Vwii ios80 and not a Wii one, though!!

Yes, it does work on 5.5.1. I have installed the patched vWii IOS80 and it works fine for me.
