Rumor: First PSP2 Images Surfaced!
Two Analog Nub-Sticks and Touchscreen

The first so called 'official' shot of the rumoured PSP2 hand-held has surfaced. There is nothing currently to confirm the validity of the picture, and it could well be just another snazzy Photoshop job.
The PSP2 console is set to be announced sometime around Thursday at 6AM GMT, where Sony have a 'Playstation Meeting' lined up. The picture shows us two analog nub-sticks, some sort of PSP2 'stylus', which would confirm the rumours of the device being touch-screen capable along with a SD card and Memory Stick Duo. The hand-held is rumoured to launch sometime late this year.[/p]

I doubt the PSP2 will use Memory Stick Duo cards, Sony will probably force those M2 cards. The rest of the image seems plausible. I think it's just a fan-made mockup, but a very reasonable mockup.

I think this is the real deal. It looks like it's made well but mock ups have been pretty good in the past

They copy everything!!!!!!
The DS comes out then the PSP 100x.
DS lite comes out, psp slim.
DSi comes out, psp go.
DSi XL comes out, they're too lazy to copy.
3DS comes out, OOOO PSP2....
Such.. idiots..
And they call Nintendo cheap and use gimmicks??

This image was leaked, most likely not intentionally.

Please do note that this thread is not a place to express your gripes with Sony, it is to discuss the possibility that this leaked image may very well be the real deal.

I don't see how a PSP 1000 is a copy of a DS
Or a slim a copy of a Lite
Or a Go a copy of a DSi...
These consoles were made to combat piracy, the slim and brite features were just a way of marketing the new console over the old one so people couldn't pirate on their new one.

And on a similar note, i hope PSP 2 is not hacked until at least 5 years have passed. Developers will quickly pack up their shit and go if it turns out like the current PSP...

Remember we're a Nintendo community, it's only natural that the majority of us defend Nintendo.
I mean I think the PSP IS a copy actually, not that I wanna bother you, but to share my opinions with others who agree as well.

I'm sure because at the time we saw the 'beta' pics of the PSP2, it came alongside information that Sony had ditched the sliding-screen type and went back to the original form of the PSP due to heating issues.
