ROM Hack Rudolph's Universal "Child's Play" patch

heloo guys , somebody can tell me if this patch works w/ the Spanish version ? , and i don't get it , if this patch works really or after X number of events the game freeze ?

The game just work with the European and the American verison with none other.
It works fine for me without freezes at all. I testet walking in and out without an pokemon and without badges and get no freezes at 200+ events
