Would it be possible now to put the language files of the german version into the patched usa rom?
I mean this worked with Zelda.

Haha, yes, but if the patch works for the usa version, someone with knowlegde can make it kompatible for the Ger Rom too, because the AP is the Same..

that would be great

atm it crashes maybe on the 20th-30th event, so playtime would be doubled ^^

or is there a way i can use my german save with the patched usa rom?

Not working for me on r4i-sdhc. froze in Ecruteak.

Gonna try it with r4 if I get 1.18 back on it because I had to format it because of a stupid patch.

Well... i think i could migrate spanish texts to usa rom and voilá!

dont get me wrong i appriciate the effort and you posting it. just disappointed it doesnt fix 100%

R4i Gold using the most current firmware it freezes at around 70 Events for me with 8 badges.
All in all id say the game is playable like this, and fair enough if you are one of those who don't own the actual game.
Although the read me said to use a clean dump and I used Xenophobia Rom, what rom is every one else using?

i dont know is someone cares but patch works on the EU version of that game so it could also mean it works on the other versions of the game

thats just the backup the rom you dragged and drop thats the one that is patch

Events are things like walking in a door or running into a wild pokemon and battling a trainer, and yes just renamed the .bak to .nds

the bak file is just a backup of the orignal rom. it says in the first post

on ttds freezes on 62 eventsm with no bagde...
