works fine on (U) and (EU)
but I need the (F) to work too... the patch for (F) hasnt been made yet?
 
Has been working very nicely, 4:30 hours played and no problems

Hey guys. I've tried it on a cart and I have something to report:

Patch is not working on iTouchDS running Sakura firmware via DualBoot. Game doesn't let you save, gives you the following error on top of two blue screens (in-game screens, not hardware failure or anything like that, music from game keeps playing normally) when you try to save via the in-game menu:

It also did this when I tried to play the game on the iTouchDS without patching it, so it's as if the patch had no effect when the rom is tried on this particular flashcart.

Used V2 patch, followed all steps of patching perfectly.

I had this on my G6, you have to do this:
1.Arm7_fix the rom with a pokemon platinum rom. I used the E version because I patched the E SS rom.
2. This fixes the backup save error, however, the rom still freezes. Now you need to patch it with Rudolph's patch.
3. You now have a working rom, although it will still freeze every so often. Save often (I learnt this the hard way, got up to the 1st gym leader and it froze, now I need to do Bellsprout tower and loads of other stuff again

I tried using YSMenu with R4 v 1.18 but it still freezes :x
It's originally an M3 Simply card which might be a problem, but from what I understand, R4 and M4 is supposed to be almost identical so it shouldn't really matter?

3. The original file will be backup to the .bak file

1. Get the new .nds file and put t into your flashcard ou open it with your favorite DS Emulator!

well, does this work or not?

i got the original game, but wouldn't mind having HG as well : P

Freezes or not: nope
Events you did: Walking up and down my stairs. (That counts, right? Cause it's practically a screen change, right?)

Also...

After saving and re-booting my DS, I open the game once more and try to load...

Result: Black screen upon loading game

(Is there a fix to this? I saw some codes that gets rid of the black screens, but I believe they're for No$...? ^^" Can someone enlighten me on this?)
