Hacking RTS doesn't work with Summon Night X on Sakura for some reason

I've discovered that RTS doesn't work with Summon Night X, whether I use the original (J) rom, the English patched one or EP+AP patched one. The menu never appears and I've tried always deleting the pre-existing files to make sure it creates new RTS files.

The base rom has a bad header, it's the bad dump, however other games that have bad headers work with the RTS, so I wonder why it doesn't work with this game - if you have Sakura and have played this game (or want to test it), does it work on yours? Thanks! Can you post whether it's the proper or bad dump if it works for you?
