I'm sure many people have heard of the "The internal battery has run dry" message when playing Pokémon R/S/E on a Slot 2 card. Well, recently I got myself an AceKard 2 and an EZFlash3in1, and I was aware of the fact that RTC is not supported. I looked everywhere in threads, and I came across a post having an idea for a solution. Now I can't find the quote at the moment, but the idea for RTC fix was something like this:
When playing Pokémon Gold/Silver/Crystal on Lameboy, the RTC works because Lameboy uses the DS's clock. I know that it works because Lameboy is Slot 1, while GBAExploader requires a Slot 2 device inserted (such as EZFlash 3in1). Would it be possible to make a special version of GBAExploader that when selecting Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, the loader can somehow set the game's RTC to match the Nintendo DS's clock?
