Gaming RPGs for PS3

I'm going to buy a PS3 in a few days, and I would like recommendations on RPGs for the console:

-Preferably JRPGs, unless a you know a good WRPG I must play.
-Any game you mention must be released in NA, not Europe or Japanese games because I can't import (and will not pirate).

GBATemp, what are your favorite ps3 rpgs?

I'm sure there's more but I can't think of 'em off the top of my head.
Valkyria Chronicles is the PS3's best RPG.
Demon's Souls you probably know already, but it's fantastic and fun as hell.
Eternal Sonata is new and improved from the 360 version...and is very charming.
Resonance of Fate is odd, hilarious and hard as hell. But also very fun
Nier has a fantastic story, the best videogame soundtrack i've ever heard, and the gameplay is pretty fun too (not amazingly difficult though)


Oh you could also play FFXIII, it's pretty. Combat is alright, story is alright. It's mostly just very gorgeous looking if you can play it in HD.

EDIT: and keep an eye out for Tales of Graces. I think it was coming around january or something. No set date for Tales of Xillia...but they seemed pretty inclined, for once, to bring it over. So here's hoping.

These are absolutely must-haves. especially Valkyria Chronicles; the game is excellent with an excellent soundtrack and story. Heck, It should be cheap as hell by now too

Nier, without any doubt my best RPG experience on PS3. You have to finish it 4 times to see how deep the story is.
And if you're a gamer, you'll notice a lot of cross reference (Resident Evil, Ico, etc...)

But be carefull : Nier is not a beautifull game... Actually it's quite ugly... Could have been made on PS2...

Unfortunately, none of the NG consoles have worthwhile jrpgs (especially the ps3), you're better off getting a DS for jrpgs.
