ntr boot hax isn't really useful for anyone whos already got cfw like me i have a dsiware haxgame i bought on my cfw 3ds and im not dumb enough to brick and i can just emulate ds games on my pc

Wut, explain this please. I can't see any difference.. people with OFW could access to HBL with other free game or game that everyone got (please, are there people who don't have OoT?).

Legit CIA can still be installed even if you don't have CFW, right ?

Only a few titles have a universal signature (ie a legit title). This game is not one of them. Legit titles are only ones that come pre-installed on a system bundle. You can't just make a legit title.
Also arm11 kernel is needed for even legit title installation.

Just, I checked my software library... I installed ACNL 1 year before I installed a CFW on it... So...

Not right now. At most you may be able to use hans for rom hacks and also use basic homebrew. But you cant install anything without at least an arm11 kernel exploit. If you really want to do anything cool just buy a flashcard and install cfw using ntrboot.

For some just basic homebrew is cool. But when compared to the homebrew that makes use of cfw (ntr for example) then it's obvious what you can do with cfw is much cooler than without.

One and re-asked million times question, isn't it? You CANNOT install any CFW with this exploit.
