is there one? if not is it possible or am I crazy

being able to play zelda the fallen sage on my ds would totally rock

RPG Maker as far as I know, is a PC game creation tool. The tool spits out computer games, not games for a separate system. You would need to emulate the entire PC on the DS for you to play these games. Which is not going to happen.

All it does is what you see in the video though, it displays a map and scrolls around a bit. It does come with source though, so if anyone wanted to/knew what they were doing, they could pick up the project and make something of it.
