Ok so I rooted my Inspire 4g with this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=952352

It had to downgrade my radio fw and I don't think I have 4g. How would I get it back. Also as in 4g I mean HSUPA or H+

Did you flash a new ROM? If so, you probably lost your APN settings in the process if you didn't back them up (using APN Backup & Restore, an app found in the Market). You'll have to search up the APN for your carrier, and restore the settings under "Settings => Wireless & Networks => Mobile Networks => Access Point Names". You should retain your 3G/4G data after restoring the APN settings.
