Guys, thank you for phone suggestions earlier, but becauce of my budget i bought "Samsung Galaxy S3 neo GT-i9301i", now i want to root it. I found this method http://androidxda.com/root-samsung-galaxy-s3-neo-gt-i9301i but on step 9 they say word "flash" and checked on net and it means

root - (as far as I know it's the way of getting the super user access)

flash - is to replace the OS that is installed on your phone with a custom ROM.

ROM - is a 3rd party created custom version of the Android OS.

Now i just want root access and for my phone to be unlocked, like "rood" methot, not to "flash" it, to replace operating system (OS) of phone :/

What should i do guys? :S

No worries. You're flashing a little bit of stuff over/next to your normal OS. This part handles the root. You won't lose anything.
